Bloom with Purpose is the UN Global Compact Network Egypt’s flagship Women’s Leadership Development Program, designed to advance SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. This transformational capacity-building initiative empowers high-potential women professionals in middle management to break the glass ceiling and lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose. Delivered in collaboration with PEARSON–IARS and certified by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI); the only Royal Charter management body in the United Kingdom. The 12-week program combines practical leadership training, emotional intelligence development, mentorship, and global thought leadership—preparing women to thrive in senior roles and drive sustainability from within.
