Overview

Bloom with Purpose is the UN Global Compact Network Egypt’s flagship Women’s Leadership Development Programme, designed to advance SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. This transformational capacity-building initiative empowers high-potential women professionals in middle management to break the glass ceiling and lead with confidence, authenticity, and purpose. Delivered in collaboration with PEARSON–IARS and certified by Pearson UK, the 12-week program combines practical leadership training, emotional intelligence development, mentorship, and global thought leadership—preparing women to thrive in senior roles and drive sustainability from within.
